The Bark Night, Cat Kid, Lightning Dude, along with Petey, the Chief and Sarah Hatoff, need to use the right tools to foil the Fleas. Using the Shrink Ray, Invisible Spray, the helicopter, and more, everyone works together to stop the villainous villains!
